Day 1: Dushanbe
We are glad to see you in Tajikistan. On arrival you will be met and travel to Dushanbe. Today you will have a city tour and visit Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. We will drive 35 km to Hissor fortress of VII-XVII centuries. The representative of the Emir of Bukhara lived over there in past times and was located on a high well protected by walls 1 m thick and loopholes for guns and cannons. You will see a pool and a garden and across from the fortress there was a busy market square with a caravan serai and shops. See the recently restored monuments of "Madrasa I Kuhna" of the 16th-17th centuries, mosque; the mausoleum of "Mahdumi Azam" of the 16th century. We will visit Botanical garden and Victory Park. Night is in a hotel.

Day 2: Dushanbe - Seven lakes
On this day of tour, we will travel to Fann Mounains via Anzob pass 3 372 m high with beautiful panorama views. Fann Mountains are very prevalent among hikers. The next destination is visiting Seven Lakes located about 60 km south of Panjakent. We will have a short hiking in the gorge where 7 lakes are located. They have different colors. Meet local people and learn more about their lifestyle. Rest is in a hotel.

Day 3: Seven lakes - Penjakent
We will travel to Penjakent or five villages through Shahriston pass 3 378 m high. This city is located in Khujand area of Tajikistan in an attractive Zeravshan river valley. There is a high possibility that history of this delightful city of 5th-8th centuries AD. Penjakent was one of the most important city of Sogd and called "Central Asian Pompeii". It was a superbly well-organized city with the ruler's palace, two temples, markets, rich residential buildings, with paintings, wooden and clay statues of ancient gods, but remains of this city were found in the last century. See dwelling houses and office buildings, the citadel with the palace, the house of craftsmen, and fire worshipers church. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 4: Penjakent - Iskanderkul - Dushanbe
In the morning we will have a tour to Iskanderkul Lake. It is located on 2 255 m. a. s. l. in the famous Fann Mountains. It is the most popular area of the Central Asia. On the lake you will have a walk along beaches and see waterfall if you hike 40 minutes. Tajikistan on the second place among the CIS countries for volume of water resources with the highest water reserves of all Central Asian countries with more than 1 000 rivers, 2 000 lakes and 8000 glaciers. We will drive back to Dushanbe. Transfer to a hotel.
 
Day 5: Dushanbe - Romit gorge - Dushanbe
On this day of a tour we will travel to Romit gorge. On the way you will see gorgeous Tajik mountains and mountain rivers where you can take many photos. Learn more about customs and traditions of Tajik people. Afterwards we will transfer to Dushanbe. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 6: Flight
In the morning is transfer to airport.
